About Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences
Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences (RUAS) is a state private university located in MSR Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka. Established under Karnataka's private university legislation, RUAS is the university arm of the M.S. Ramaiah group of institutions — which includes the prestigious M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Technology (MSRIT), M.S. Ramaiah Medical College and multiple other institutions in Bangalore. RUAS awards its own degrees independent of VTU, offering BTech and integrated programmes across engineering and applied sciences.
