About Appa Institute of Engineering & Technology
Appa Institute of Engineering and Technology (AIET) is a private engineering college located in Kalaburagi (Gulbarga), North Karnataka. Approved by AICTE and affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), AIET is named after the Appa tradition — reflecting the Lingayat community's reverence for spiritual leaders in the Kalaburagi region. With an intake of 300 students, AIET serves students from Kalaburagi city and surrounding Kalyana Karnataka region districts.
