About Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences
Raichur Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS) is the government medical college and teaching hospital serving Raichur district, Karnataka. Approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS), Bangalore, RIMS offers MBBS with an intake of 150 students at government-regulated fees. As the only government medical college in Raichur district, RIMS is the primary affordable MBBS pathway for students from Raichur, Manvi, Devadurga, Lingasugur, Sindhanur and Maski taluks.
