KLE Polytechnic Belgaum

KLE Society's Polytechnic, Belagavi, is a diploma-level technical institution under the Karnatak Lingayat Education (KLE) Society — one of Karnataka's oldest and largest educational trusts, founded in 1916 by seven educators in Belagavi. The KLE Society operates 300+ educational institutions spanning schools, pre-university colleges, degree colleges, engineering colleges (including KLE Technological University), medical and dental colleges across Karnataka, Maharashtra, and Delhi. KLE Polytechnic is part of this ecosystem, operating from Belagavi — the headquarters of KLE Society and Karnataka's third-largest city. The polytechnic is affiliated to the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Karnataka, and approved by AICTE New Delhi.

KLE Society's Polytechnic offers three-year Diploma programmes in core engineering disciplines following the Karnataka Board of Technical Examinations (KBTE) curriculum.
